STUDENT´S MOBILITY FOR STUDIES: SMS

GENERAL INFORMATION

Requirements

  • Be enrolled in the first, second or third year of the Graphic Design or Interior Design specializations at the time of application.
  • Knowledge of languages will be an essential requirement for some destinations.
  • Not having any subject to recover or in grace period at the time of the mobility.
  • The center will manage the grants and the administrative processing of the necessary documentation to carry out the mobility, the search for accommodation will be the students’ responsibility.

Duration

  • IDarte’s Erasmus programme enables mobility for Graphic Design or Interior Design students, who can carry out a semester or annual mobility in the second, third and/or fourth year, in another higher education institution with which our center has signed an inter-institutional agreement (see destinations).
    • Semester mobility: 30 ECTS credits → duration: 4/5 months approx.
    • Annual mobility: 60 ECTS credits → duration: approx. 9 months.

Financial aid

Funding from SEPIE (max. funded: 7 months), depending on the destination country group:
  • Group 1: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Sweden → 310€/month.
  • Group 2: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Netherlands, Italy and Portugal → 260 €/month
  • Group 3: Macedonia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Turkey →210 €/month

*Students who have received a grant for the academic year in which they apply will receive an additional grant of 250€ per month (added to the above-mentioned monthly amount per country group).

Complementary funding from the Basque Government:

  • The SEPIE grant is supplemented up to 330€/month (max.).

  • January: First information meeting. 
  • January: Scholarship application: doc. to be delivered until 31 of January
  • February – March: Resolution and list of those admitted.
  • April: Information meetings and start of processing.
  • May/June: Sending requests to destinations.
  • September: Preparation of mobility documentation

STUDENT´S MOBILITY FOR TRAINEE: SMT

GENERAL INFORMATION

Aimed at students in one of the following situations:

  • Students in the third or fourth year of the specialities of Graphic Design or Interior Design at the time of application.
  • Students in their first or second year of Higher Level Training Cycles at the time of application: animation, photography or illustration.
  • Having completed your studies at IDarte and being in the first year after completion: internships for recent graduates.

Duration

  • Mobility vocational training: illustration, photography and animation: 2 months and 8 ECTS.
  • Design Mobility: graphic and interior design: 3 months and 18 ECTS
  • Mobility for new graduates: minimum 2 months-maximum 12 months total(* erasmus)

Financial support

Funding comes from SEPIE (2/3 months) and depends on the destination country group:
  • Group 1: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Sweden → 310 €/month.
  • Group 2: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Netherlands, Italy and Portugal → 260 €/month

* all trainees receive an additional grant of 150 €/month added to the country group.
